Site Entrance Permission Letter of the Tunku Abdul Rahman Memorial as the establishment site of KDL by YB Dato‘ Paduka Ammar Bin Dato’ Shaikh Mahmood Naim, Kedah State Secretary.
Through this letter, YB Dato‘ Paduka Kedah State Secretary informed that the ownership status of the KDL location belongs to the government where the Kedah State Secretary is the Controlling Officer. This letter also enables the NCIA to carry out the necessary processes immediately, including phase 1 construction work in accordance with the directive former Menteri Besar of Kedah of, YAB Dato‘ Seri Utama Haji Mukhriz Tun Mahathir.
