The design proposal of KDL was presented to the YAB Dato‘ Seri Utama Haji Mukhriz Tun Mahathir, former Menteri Besar of Kedah in the Kedah State Steering Committee (JPN) Meeting No. 3/2019 to reach a verdict.
Together present in the meeting were Yang Bahagia Dato‘ Norizan, TSUK (Development), Mr. Muhammad Mahazi (Director of BPEN Kedah), Dr. Mahadi Mohammad (CEO, MBI Kedah) and others.
