Application for return & exchange of item:
- The item was defective and/or damaged upon purchased or delivery.
- Item must be returned in the condition received by Buyer
- Item delivered does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong item, size, colour, etc.) to Buyer.
- Please make sure the items are returned new, unused and no damage.
- We recommend Buyer to take a photo of the item upon receipt.
- No refund is allowed.
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
*Any cancellations due to a change of mind will not be accepted.
Timeframe For Return and Exchanges
Buyer must return the item to Kedah Digital Library within ten (10) working days of the purchasing/receiving order. Returns and exchanges outside of this period will be considered at the discretion of Kedah Digital Library

Physical Store
Only exchanges purchased from store is accepted.
Exchange item must be in condition purchased by Buyer with original receipt.
Online Store
We will not entertain any exchange / refund / return at the physical store if you order online.
Item must be in original packaging complete with the original receipt.
In the scenario of an unexpected error (faulty or wrong product delivered to the Buyer) – Kedah Digital Library will bear the shipping fee.
Our policy
The approval of your request for return and exchange will be made by Kedah Digital Library in its sole discretion.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the decision of Kedah Digital Library is final, conclusive, binding and agrees that will not bring a suit or otherwise declare any claim against Kedah Digital Library or its affiliates in relation to such decision.
Please note that the exchange of item is subject to store availability. Once the item is returned, you are deemed to agree with our Return and Exchange Policy.
